Marlon Hoffstadt and David Guetta have joined forces on ‘Caught Up’. Out now via Capitol Records in partnership with Goodlife Management and MC3, the glistening, bittersweet track captures the lasting impact lovers have on our lives, as thoughts turn to what was and what could have been.
For the Berlin producer, also known as DJ Daddy Trance, it is a full-circle moment. “I grew up listening to David Guetta’s productions and have loved his music for as long as I can remember, so to now have a release together is absolutely mental,” he said. “We made ‘Caught Up’ earlier this year, just before Ultra Miami, and I’ve been excited to put it out ever since.”
Fans have already had a taste. A few weeks ago, Hoffstadt joined Guetta on stage for the first time at [UNVRS] in Ibiza, where the pair played out the track. The release lands just hours before the final show of Guetta’s 2026 residency at the club, and both artists will perform at EDC Orlando in November.
It caps another landmark year for both. Guetta was recently crowned the world’s No. 1 DJ for a record-extending sixth time and scored his 22nd No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance Airplay chart with ‘Sad Girls’ alongside Bebe Rexha. Hoffstadt, meanwhile, made his Coachella debut in April, where Anyma joined him for a surprise B2B, and released his album ‘Das Ist Daddy’. Listen to ‘Caught Up’ here.
