Tiësto And ILLENIUM To Headline San Diego’s Horizon Music Festival
San Diego’s Horizon Music Festival has announced its 2024 headliners for when the event returns to the city’s downtown Waterfront Park this June 22 and 23. A new partnership will see Horizon promoters Five Group and Night Access team up with Insomniac to collaboratively produce this year’s two-day event.
