Martin Garrix & Citadelle impress with new single ‘Peace Of Mind ’

Martin Garrix & Citadelle followed up on their 2020 collaboration, Alive, with Peace Of Mind, a collaboration which sonically takes Martin Garrix to musical landscapes he rarely visits.

Martin Garrix did not hold back when he said earlier this year that he would be tapping more into different sounds than what he usually makes. So far in 2025, he has a drum & bass track with Arcando coming up, a trance collaboration with none other than Armin van Buuren, and a track with a certain Parisian duo, Citadelle. While we await the other unreleased tracks to see the light of day, Martin Garrix and the aforementioned Citadelle dropped Peace Of Mind, a track that would usually get released under Martin’s experimental alias YTRAM. It seems that the experimentation has taken over the main studio name as well.

Martin Garrix and Citadelle have worked in the past on Alive, which was released in late 2020. The Dutch mastermind released the track under YTRAM back then, but not this time. Tapping into uncharted musical territories and experimenting like never before, Martin Garrix blended melodic and progressive house into a cinematic journey that is completely suitable for any setting. Of course, the final product wouldn’t be complete without the craft of Citadelle, who, interestingly enough, never released a track on any label other than STMPD. Peace Of Mind includes vocals from long-time partner and collaborator Wilhelm, who has worked with Martin on numerous singles, as well as singing on a fan-favorite, Breakaway, last year. The legendary John Martin is also present on Peace Of Mind, as he and Wilhelm worked on songwriting.

Martin Garrix’s summer schedule is stacked once again in 2025. Some of his most notable destinations include Tomorrowland, Ultra Europe, and Creamfields. He also announced a Brazil tour for the tail end of 2025 and the start of 2026, which will see him take over some of the biggest clubs Brazil has to offer. The 5-times #1 DJ in the world will also release a brand new album in November of this year.
